Meet the HeadHonta AI Assistant

Your pipeline now talks back. This release puts an agentic AI assistant inside the app, makes candidate matching dramatically smarter, and adds LinkedIn sign-in across the product.

  • In-app AI Assistant

    Ask questions about your pipeline in plain language — "who applied this week?", "compare my top candidates for the design role" — and get live answers with interactive tables and charts. The assistant can also take actions for you. Available on Professional and above.

  • Smarter AI candidate matching

    Matching now combines semantic retrieval with deep AI scoring, so recommendations come from your whole talent pool — and only genuine fits are surfaced. Matching runs in the background, so large pools no longer time out.

  • Sign in with LinkedIn

    One-click LinkedIn sign-in for the web app, alongside email and password.

  • Self-serve Chrome extension

    Paid plans can now download the sourcing extension directly from the app and sign in with LinkedIn — no waiting on a manual install link.

  • Two-factor authentication

    Protect your account with authenticator-app 2FA, configurable from your security settings.

  • Security audit hardening

    A full external-style audit pass: stricter webhook signature checks, pinned token algorithms, hardened file uploads, and tightened tenant isolation across candidate and matching APIs.

    See exactly when your plan expires, get timely renewal reminders by email, and hit clear in-app prompts (instead of dead ends) when you reach a plan limit.

    Billing now runs on Paystack for more reliable card payments and local-currency charging.

A free, public CV review tool anyone can use — plus one-time-code verification and a string of quality-of-life upgrades across jobs, matching, and team management.

  • Free CV Review tool

    Anyone can upload a CV at headhonta.com/cv-review and get a detailed ATS-style analysis with a downloadable PDF report — no account required. Candidates can opt in to join the talent pool from their results.

  • One-time-code verification on signup and login

    Signup and login are now verified with a one-time email code, with a live password-requirements checklist as you type.

  • Screening answers feed AI match scores

    AI matching now factors each candidate's screening-question answers into the match score, not just their CV.

  • Richer salary ranges

    Job salary ranges now specify pay period (annual, monthly, hourly) and whether figures are gross or net.

  • Rejection emails with reasons

    Rejection emails can include the reason, with AI-polished wording and automatic routing through your rejection stage automations.

  • Safer team invitations

    Invites to users who already belong to another organisation are now blocked with a clear message, and the invitation flow got a general hardening pass.

  • Candidate Portal

    Branded portal where applicants can sign in, see their application status across roles, and update their profile. One link, no account-juggling.
